Alpha and Beta pilots in Arkansas were a success, learnings tied to customer ease of use and agency review and determination functionality are being incorporated into the commercialized version of the platform. Our pilot agencies are eager to continue to use the platform and are advocates in helping onboard additional agencies as we scale. Additionally, the Phoenix Platform was leveraged to administer EntergyBillhelp.com, which provided bill assistance to over 23,000 applications in EAL, ETI, and EML.
Currently the platform is operational at seven Arkansas community action agencies, CADC,CSO, ARVAC, CAPCA, MCAEOC, SEACAC, and CDCAA covering over 70% of the EAL service territory, the Summer Cooling season has opened and is ongoing, the response in the first week has been very strong.
