OpCo Focus: ENOL
An online platform to provide backup generation solutions to residential and small business customers.
Many peer utilities currently or have previously offered backup generator programs, but the scope and details of the programs vary widely
The local vendor has not met expectations so far, exhibiting similar behavior to AlltimePower dealers. Stronger agreements and/or tighter processes may be required to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Peer utilities are offering very strong incentives for solar + battery based DER programs, up to $275 per kW "performed" (believed to mean per kWh)
Customers scored the generator offering with a higher NPS than Entergy as a whole. This includes customers who didn't participate in the program, customers who inquired but didn't purchase, and those who completed a purchase.
Commercialization documentation has wrapped up.
Meeting with KSL stakeholders to determine potential paths forward between commercialization and a beta pilot as well as potential product owners.
Potentially present to ENO to gauge interest in running the program in 2023 (Mid-Late April)
Develop product improvements if given the go ahead for beta (TBD)
