This tool will provide high level target markets based on customer segmentation and frictions (customer data) to help innovation teams identify market size. This tool will provide specific customer data for product concept testing, pilots and demonstration projects. This tool should integrate (future) with the SalesForce CRM to provide customer leads for future products.
